To ensure a successful search, we are committed to the success of each assignment by following the standard operating procedure :

. Initial meeting to establish the job parameters.

. Expectations from the candidate, his key strengths and span of control.

. Research and profile the right candidates.

. Conduct preliminary interviews to screen the candidates.

. Conduct meetings with industry specific consultant(s) and conduct reference checks, if necessary.

. Forward the profile to the client, if necessary participate in the client interview.

. Assist in developing a suitable compensation package.

. Negotiate the acceptance of an offer and handling the host of details that ensure the commencement of
a mutually satisfying relationship between the employer and the employee.


Time Line Management

 

If you have the need, we have the inclination to deliver. We always work within well-specified time frames and budgeted costs. We never offer instant results but set realistic time frames at the beginning of the search after understanding it's complexity. Since we do not encourage short cuts we provide the client with a complete process perspective from day one allowing them to provide for interim resource mobilization and manage expectations accordingly.
